where are you based?
I am based in Austin, TX. I serve all markets between Georgetown and San Antonio, TX.
How many photos will i receive?
You’ll receive four photos of each room—one from every corner—to fully capture the space. Exterior shots will include all sides of the home, photographed from each corner as well. The MLS allows up to 40 images total, which we’ll maximize for the best possible presentation.
Do you offer additional services like 3D tours or virtual staging?
Yes! We offer a range of add-ons including Matterport 3D walkthroughs, 2D floor plans, aerial drone photography, and virtual staging. Just let us know what you need when booking.
How do i book a shoot?
Booking is easy—just contact us directly and I will respond within the hour. We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.ur
how long does the shoot take?
Most standard shoots take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the size and layout of the home. You do not need to be present, but you are welcome to attend the shoot.
Do you offer drone photos?
Yes, we provide aerial drone photos and videos (weather permitting and within FAA guidelines). These are perfect for showcasing land, rooftops, or luxury listings. ,
